Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your billing period.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
Paid plans include a 10% buffer before you hit any hard limits. We'll notify you when you're approaching your quota and make it easy to upgrade if needed.
Do unused credits roll over?
Usage limits reset at the start of each billing period. We don't roll over unused credits, but our limits are generous enough for even the most dedicated actors.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Polar. Payment is processed securely.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All payments are final, so please try the free Audition plan first to make sure Line Echo works for you. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. See our Terms.
